In-bank + White-label

p2pFX

Peer-to-peer FX and precious-metals marketplace

Let your customers set their own rate while the bank stays the counterparty. Customer orders and the bank's segment-specific rate on the same board, inside your mobile app and under your brand. Commission from both sides on peer-to-peer matches, with no FX risk.

Features

Regulation-compliant matching

Customers never trade with each other: on every match the bank buys from the seller and sells to the buyer. Both legs share amount and price, so no position is opened.

The bank's rate is on the board too

Liquidity-provider prices are aggregated and the bank's quote sits in the order book as a bank position. Treasury manages the sizes, and optional price tiers, parametrically.

Segment-specific pricing

Not everyone sees the same price: the bank rate is priced with a separate margin per customer segment. Customers who don't want to wait trade instantly on a 10-second firm quote at their segment's rate.

App-in-app

Opens inside the bank's mobile app in the bank's colours. No separate login or wallet; customers use their own current accounts.

Transparent order ticket

Commission, applied rate, FX transaction tax and net amount are shown before confirmation. Limit orders, partial fills, day / until date / good-till-cancelled validity.

FX and precious metals

Gram gold, silver and platinum alongside currencies, with a separate tax rate for metals. New pairs are added from the back office in one click and opened or closed for trading.

FX desk and auto-hedge

Per-currency position and P&L from bank-rate trades, position limits and sliced auto-hedging across LPs.

Parametric back office

Commission, FX tax, blocking policy, trading hours, segment limits and margins, bank orders and branding; changed without restarts, with a reason, versioned and audit-logged.

How it works

01

Order placed

The customer picks amount, price and validity; the balance is blocked or checked, as the bank chooses.

02

Matched

A price-time priority, deterministic matching engine finds the counter-order.

03

Bank steps in

The bank buys from the seller and sells to the buyer; commission is collected from both sides, FX transaction tax from one side as the regulation requires.

04

Posted to accounts

Two FX transactions and their receipts are booked in core banking; both customers' screens update instantly.

Trust

◆ The bank is always the counterparty◆ Isolated deployment per bank◆ Access only from the bank app via signed token◆ Idempotent account postings◆ Immutable audit trail
