
About the Role
The Business Analyst will contribute to project success by analyzing business requirements and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet project goals. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to support multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Collaborate with senior analysts to document and design business processes, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined.
Team Collaboration: Work with software development teams and stakeholders to support alignment with business objectives and functional needs.
Testing Assistance: Participate in functional testing and assist with UAT processes to verify system functionality and performance.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation for business requirements and project deliverables.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; banking experience is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with SQL (preferably Oracle SQL) and proficiency in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Completed or deferred military service for male candidates.
